- When you order a test, the order is final. We do not reimburse, even if you have cancelled your test. If you pay for a test that would be carried after six months, we hold the money as a credit for payment at a later date, in other words, a credit for you towards your test.
- You have to be careful about the sample in case you are directly collecting and sending samples to us. Due to sample degradation if the result cannot be carried out properly, you will be requested to provide your sample once again.
- In the very unlikely event that the result of analysis is found to be in error, we shall refund to you any amount you have paid us in respect of the analysis. Alternatively, we shall perform further analysis at no charge to you, the customer.
- The information contained in the result of analysis is prepared solely for the use of the customer to whom it is given or sent by DNAancestry. No other person will be able to take the delivery of the report on be half of the person ordered for the test. In special occasions with a written document from the person concern will be under consideration for delivering the report.
- You agree to pay a $25 fee for any returned cheques.
